NMSNA Horizon Award Nomination

The Horizon Award recognizes a novice school nurse within the first three years of practice who demonstrates outstanding school nursing practice and/or has the potential for leadership in the profession of school nursing. 

Criteria for the HORIZON AWARD: 

A NM PED licensed school nurse in the State of New Mexico.

A full-time or part-time school nurse

Recommended by a colleague, administrator or supervisor
