This is a group therapy session providing a non-judgmental space to ask questions, get resources, and learn how to promote a safe and positive mindset about sex. While some sessions may have a "Special Topic/Theme" listed for them, you can bring whatever question you'd like and we can try to work it in as well. The session costs $35 and is facilitated by Jerry L. Mize, MA, MEd, Resident in Counseling (0704014935), NCC. He is under the clinical supervision of LoriAnn S. Stretch, PhD, LMCH-S (NC), LPC (VA-0701010280), NCC, ACS, BC-TMH. 

Upon filling out this form, you will be contacted to be put in the system, your date/time confirmed, and asked to sign consent forms and disclosures (which are required).
