Overview

On March 2nd, 2020, the Center for Optimal Learning Environments (COLE) will launch the North Carolina Teacher Working Conditions Survey (NCTWC). The survey will be available for all teachers and licensed school-based educators in the state (March 2- 31, 2020).

If changes are needed principals and school representatives can complete this form below before the close of the survey window at midnight on March 31, 2020. Current Headcounts can be viewed by visiting https://ASQNC.com and clicking on the "Response Rate" Tab.

Changes requested using this form will be reflected within 24 hours on the website's results page. Should you have any questions between now and the end of the survey regarding your response rate please contact the NCTWC Help Desk.

*Reminder only principals and eligible school representatives can request headcount changes. Any contact information provided will only be used by COLE help desk staff in the event additional information is needed.
