March 7, 2020 Robotics State Finals Tournament Volunteer Form
The Harvey School will be hosting the Southern New York State Vex Championship on March 7, 2020. This will be one of the largest events ever held on campus. The setup will begin on Friday morning, March 6. The competition begins at 7 am on Saturday and runs throughout the day. Many volunteers are needed to judge, referee, run food service, queue teams, cleanup, and many other jobs. No experience is necessary. All ages are welcome.

Community Service Certificates are available to anyone who needs one.

If you have a teaching, technical, science or engineering background, or you wish to learn A LOT more about robotics, you may wish to volunteer as a judge. We need a large number of judges throughout the day to conduct interviews and evaluate teams for a multitude of awards. No prior experience is necessary. A rubric and training will be provided.
