BENT MOUNTAIN WOMAN’S CLUB Mother's Day MARKETPLACE Event Contract
This annual community event is hosted by the GFWC BMWC and will be in the Bent Mountain Center Gym. This event is a fundraiser for our club that supports scholarships, expenses and community service projects for the year. We are inviting the community to join us in cleaning-out, decluttering, purchasing plants, flowers, baked goods and celebrating spring & Mother's Day! Vendors can include yard sale items, artisans, crafters, animals, plants, food, products appropriate for this community event.
FEE for VENDOR SPOT: $20.00
Each spot is an 10X10 area. You will be able to make a u-shape with 3 6ft tables if wanted. BMWC does not provide tables, tents or chairs, you must bring your own. You may also purchase 2 spots together if you need a larger area. Event times are 9:00am-to 2:00pm. Set up time will begin at 7:30am and we will allow an hour for the tear down at the end of the day.
