Kampmann lab cell line request
We are committed to sharing our cell lines with researchers in both academia and industry.

If you are based at a for-profit organization, please fill in the form and we will connect you with the UCSF Technology Transfer Office for licensing.

If you are based in academia or a non-profit research institution, please complete this request form. We have distributed hundreds of cell line aliquots to labs around the world. Culturing, expanding and shipping the cell lines causes a considerable cost for our lab (materials and labor). We therefore charge a fee of $250 per requested cell line, in addition to shipping costs, to offset our costs. If you are not able to cover these costs, please email martin.kampmann@ucsf.edu with a justification to request an exemption.

For plasmids, please purchase them from our Addgene page.
