This application is for students who are continuing another year in the NACTEP Program. Information requested on this application is condensed, and is only meant to determine updated benefit eligibility. You will need to complete a new contract. How many credits are you registered for?

To be in NACTEP you need to be registered Full Time (the only exception is you are in your final semester, and the credits you need are less than FT) FT Matters for scholarships as well so please keep that in mind for planning. Please E-mail your PDF schedule to nactep@nhsc.edu the schedule should show your major, advisor, and the amount of credits you are enrolled in. FT in summer is 6 credits but you will be allowed to take one course in summer but you must be FT during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Please provide proof of address by providing a document with your physical address or providing a MapQuest with Directions from your home to the college address: 301 College Drive. These can be emailed to nactep@nhsc.edu
Did you receive a supply pack for the current semester?

If you would like one please contact the NACTEP Staff to arrange for pick up. The Supply Packs includes pens, pencils, highlighters, USB Jump Drive, a notebook, and some folders to start you off for the semester. nactep@nhsc.edu.

Have you fully completed the FAFSA application for the current year?

FAFSA Tips: The Academic Year always starts in the fall i.e. Fall 2022 - Spring 2023 = 2022-2023. Please be sure to complete the appropriate academic year. The NHSC School Code is 015536. You will need to complete the FAFSA application every year that you attend NHSC. The application opens as early as October and it is best to complete it before March of the current academic year.

As of Know the NACTEP Program will not be paying for your Tuition, Books and Fees until you successfully finish the semester. 

Failure to complete semester will mean no tuition, book's and fee payments made on your student account.
