BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION, PLEASE READ FIRST....

THIS MAYBE A LONG FORM BUT ALL INFORMATION ARE REQUIRED FOR US TO BETTER KNOW OUR ATHLETES/MEMBERS. THE CLUB IS ALL ABOUT THE MEMBERS, WE WANT TO KNOW OUR MEMBERS WELL. WE MAKE ALL 3P EVENTS PERSONALIZED TO OUR MEMBERS.

We are a team of fun loving athletes that love to do triathlon, cycling, running, marathon, ultramarathon, ultracycling & mountain biking.  We welcome all athletes from all ethnicity and all different background of sports. It does not matter if you are a newbie/new to this sport of triathlon/marathon/ultramarathon/ cycling/ultracycling or don't know how to pump a tire or don't know how to swim.... we will help you with all of that and you will become our FAMILY. As long as you keep a POSITIVE outlook in life and want to be surrounded with POSITIVE people and most especially share the same PASSION in the sport/s you are welcome to be part of Team 3P. Our team's vision is to help, INSPIRE and MOTIVATE. We will use each other's differences, strengths and weaknesses to encourage and uplift one another to create a POSITIVE impact. In line with this, we bring the whole team's effort in helping other people thru charity work, currently we have a yearly pledge of helping feed the hungry children thru our feeding program and helping less fortunate children get new school supplies and back packs thru our back to school program. beneficiaries are children and families from Lipa City Batangas Philippines thru the help of a trusted charity organization of Parish Social Action Committee of Lipa City Batangas. 3P not only loves to help it's members but also loves to do charity work.

In order to keep the positive and respectful culture of the team, please note that membership application will be REVIEWED. This is to ensure that all team members share the same goal and vision and not create trouble amongst members or within the club. We dont want to associate ourselves with trouble makers or create/loves drama or indulge in politics within the club as we just want to have fun doing the sports we love.... basically we dont need those things and ABSOLUTELY DONT HAVE TIME FOR THOSE THINGS. THOSE FOUND GUILTY CREATING SUCH SCENE WILL RIGHT AWAY BE REMOVED FROM THE CLUB AND BANNED FOR LIFE.

Team 3P's focus is to help people embrace and love the sport/s. Our athletes will be supported by our MULTIPLE team sponsors and our mother company, 3P TRI SHACK (a triathlon store).

We recognize that some are gifted athletes with natural talents in our sport/s and these individuals will inspire others in our team. Every member is an essential part of the Team. OUR TEAM WILL BE OUR FAMILY AND AS A FAMILY, WE WILL HELP EACH OTHER AND CONTINUE TO MOLD EACH OTHER AS GOOD AMBASSADOR FOR OUR SPORTS AND GREAT ROLE MODELS TO OUR CHILDREN. WE ARE ALL HERE TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE ONE ANOTHER IN THE SPORT WE LOVE. We are NOT here to compete amongst ourselves and we dont need to know that you are better, stronger or faster than other people. We are here to inspire and motivate each other and not support just one or few people. We do recognize such talent and give thank to that person for inspiring and motivating all of us to do better and be the best we can be, but we won't put that person on a pedestal... unfortunately... :) the goal is to be the source of inspiration and motivation by others.... NOT be feared by others to be around with.... we are all family.... everyone loves each others company... that's why we grew this big and this fast :)

Politics, drama and bullying IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED in our team. We want to keep a healthy environment for everyone. All posts on social media with this nature will right away be deleted, and individual/s involved will be cited. Repetitive offense will have the individual removed from the club and banned FOR LIFE..... !

If you're BLACK LISTED in other clubs, your application will be reviewed thoroughly pending approval. We don't want trouble. We just want the members of the club to have fun and be comfortable. Great chance your membership application will be declined. We are sorry.
