I hereby confirm that the information provided is correct and consent to NHOL for collection and use of my personal data via telephone, SMS, email or any other means of communication that may not be notified to me from time to time, for information on application status, activities, and other updates.

3. 活动录音/录象记录的免责声明 Disclaimer Regarding Audio/Video Recording of Events
我理解并同意活动中的照片、音频或视频可以让南华潮剧社进行宣传并批准南华潮剧社使用实体拍摄的任何照片、录像或录音的权利。在参加活动之前，我已完全了解与同意上述声明。
I understand and agree that photo, audio and/or video may be taken at the event for publicity purposes. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by NHOL or the person or entity designated to do so by NHOL. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before participating in the event.
