My online fitness class 'Thirty 4 U' offers you the ability to connect with others in an online environment. It provides cardiovascular and strength exercises with modifications and progressions available that will tone and strengthen the body, helping you lose weight and feel mentally stronger.

The class takes place on Zoom at the below times and lasts for 30 minutes.

Classes take place from Tuesdays to Saturdays at 9am.

​​​​​​​Your two week free trial will begin from the first day you attend the class and is valid for 14 consecutive days.
After this, the class is £4 per class or you can purchase a package of 10 classes for £35 or 20 classes for £60.
