Kids in the Kitchen “Breakfast Edition” is a spin-off of our Kids in the Kitchen program.  This program will help young children learn and practice some basic math concepts and build language skills. Creating meals with children can help build their self-confidence and lay the foundation for healthy eating habits. It may take a little flexibility and some simple prep work.  You can teach your child/ren important food skills to set them up for a lifetime of healthy eating. By involving children in planning and preparing meals, you can nurture healthy eating habits.
