Eckstein Annual Campaign Survey

Thank you for answering few questions about the Eckstein Annual Campaign (EAC or “The Campaign.”) The EAC raises money for our Parent Teacher Student Association. It is TOTALLY parent-funded and the entire yearly budget comes from you.

The money is used to pay for extras that our students need, but the school district doesn’t provide.  In the past, Campaign funds have paid for library books; after-school programs; beakers for science; coaching staff; updated technology, and more.

The funds are then distributed via “grants” that are requested by Eckstein teachers and staff. The PTSA works with the principal to determine which grants are funded or deferred, based on need and budget. (Note: infrastructure or building spending may be limited or defined by SPS regulations.)
