Application to the Reuse Scotland Board is open to any individual aged 16 or over resident within Scotland and in agreement with the SCIO’s Purposes:
Charitable Purposes
The prevention or relief of poverty,
The advancement of education,
The advancement of environmental protection or improvement
Charity Objectives
The prevention or alleviation of poverty and inequalities through the promotion of waste as a community resource.
The advancement of education through facilitation and demonstration of the environmental, social and economic value of waste as a resource.
The advancement of environmental protection or improvement through reductions in materials to landfill.
Application for the Reuse Scotland Board
Any person who wishes to become a Board member must fill in this application form; the application will then be considered by the board at its next board meeting.
The board may, at its discretion, refuse to admit any person.
The board will notify each applicant promptly (in writing or by e-mail) of its decision on whether or not to admit them to the Reuse Scotland board.
