Peer Facilitator Application 2021-22
Peer Facilitators work closely with classroom teachers and students to promote social skills, provide opportunities for typical peer interaction and build positive relationships within their classrooms. Peers may be scheduled throughout the school day and earn credit for an elective towards graduation. Applications require a TEACHER RECOMMENDATION and a completed CONFIDENTIALITY FORM - details about both are provided at the end of this application. ALL PARTS of the application must be completed by March 12, 2021.
