(Please note we are not available for political events or events that are for the sole purpose of promoting a specific religion. For example, we are available for church held community outreach events but not vacation bible school.)

Due to most of our volunteers work schedules, we are better able to accept evening and weekend appearances, rather than Monday thru Friday standard work days, but can sometimes fill these requests when we have volunteers available. 

Note: We are unable to fulfill requests with less than 1 week advance notice, we prefer 3 weeks notice at least whenever possible.

Character Requests:
Superheroes, princesses, sci-fi, or any specific characters you'd like to see. We cannot guarantee who will be available as all members are volunteers. 
Are there any prop restrictions?
Can fake weapons that complete a costume be used? Are there any specific fake weapon restrictions, such as no guns? (Examples include Captain America's shield, Wolverine's claws, Thor's hammer or axe, Wonder Woman's lasso, etc.) Please list any special restrictions here.

We DO NOT take payment for our appearances to community or charity events. We appreciate donations but they ARE NOT REQUIRED. 

If you are a corporation looking for characters to attend your corporate event, we are more than happy to attend, but will require a minimum donation of $250 made to our organization. Otherwise we can direct you to party companies.
