What is Spark Start?

Spark Start provides incoming freshmen and transfer students an engaging way to prepare for success at Union College. Incoming students will make early connections with peers and advisors and get a strong start to their college experience. By completing this 4-day intensive workshop with class-building activities, students will earn 1 hour of college credit in just a few days.

Spark Start will be held August 14-18, 2022 with uConnect (new student orientation) held August 18-19, and classes beginning on August 22.
