Buying and Growing Food Sustainably

In order to be eligible to attend this workshop attendees must:
- Work within Hospitality
- Be a Person of Colour and have officially joined the Be Inclusive Hospitality community.
- Complete this form in full.
Liam will be covering sustainability, and how it relates to food production. You will learn about maximising your ingredients, and how to shop for them and store them.
At a time when food prices have risen at the fastest rate in more than eight years, Liam will also
talk about everything he has learned on his journey of growing his own food over the last 2 years.
