As a first step, please provide us with your contact email address.
You must register using a Civil Service-issued email address.
These usually (but not always) end in .gov.uk, .gov.wales, or .gov.scot.
We will not send joining instructions to email addresses which are not recognised Civil Service email addresses.
Our offering this year is similar to 2023, events may be added to both the website and this form at a later date. Please check the website at a later date for any additional events that might be added. If for some reason an event becomes no longer viable to attend as a Network and people have signed up then this will be communicated with as much notice as possible.
You only need to complete one for for all events you wish to attend/are entering the ballot for.
