"Generating Change in a Complex Reality", Basic Dialogue Groups Facilitation Training and practicum, Tw & Oranim college
Join a special cohort of young women dedicated to peacebuilding across borders. A 100-hour course in partnership with Oranim College to learn the skills of  leading groups of different cultures, nations, and views to generate a cultural shift centered on equality and justice.

As an international peacebuilding organization, we at Tomorrow’s Women believe strong communication skills have great value and power to promote ideas of an amicable future for Palestinians and Israelis.

Participants
Young women ages 18-29, English proficiency required
Graduates of previous Israeli/Palestinian dialogue or cross-border programs

Cost
Tuition fees are waived for selected participants. Our partner, Global Affairs Canada funds this program.

Dates
100 hours of theoretical and practical training divided into four weekend seminars  with a community practicum, and few more online meeting in between.

            Seminar 1: September 8 - September 10
•            Seminar 2: September 22 - September 24
•            Seminar 3: September 29 - October 1
•            Seminar 4: October 6 - October 8

Practicum
At the end of the course, the participants will experience in facilitating of dialogue groups on conflict issues and will receive mentoring and feedback. At the end of this process, and with the approval of the mentor, the participants will receive a certificate from Oranim College.

Location
The seminars are held at Oranim College in Kiryat Tiv’on and include onsite accommodations. Necessary permits and secure transportation will be provided for participants joining from the West Bank. Graduates will receive a college certificate for successful completion of the course.
