October 9th the Valley Heights Mustang Cheer Squad will host the Kidde Clinic for grades K-6!  If you would like to sign your child up, fill the form out below.  ALL FORMS AND PAYMENT ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 30TH!  Please remit payment by cash or Check to Valley Heights USD 498 and must be turned into the office (in Blue Rapids or Waterville). Please fill out for each child attending.
