Returning Board Member Application
The IE Board is responsible for: 

  • Networking: Connecting people with the organization’s mission with an interest in partnering on an enterprise level.
  • Fundraising: Planning and executing annual fund drives, capital campaigns, or special events. 
  • Strategic Planning: Establishing goals/KPIs, implementing an annual strategic plan, and evaluating results.
  • Public Affairs and Communications: Serving as a spokesperson from time to time for the organization (we all speak for IE).
Returning IE board members requires a one-year commitment and a minimum of three hours of participation a month. All Board Members are required to participate in at least 75% of meetings as laid out below.
