The Negotiation Task Force (NTF) of the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University is inviting you to attend the test run of a new Executive Education program on advanced business negotiation that is currently under development with the NTF. If you are interested in M&A negotiation, investor-state relations, or complex business deals, please apply.
Interested in navigating complex topics at the intersection of business and geopolitics, and sharpening your negotiation skills? Join us for an exclusive opportunity to Negotiation Task Force's newest negotiation workshop -- "Dealmaking in Complex Environments," designed for seasoned negotiators and business and legal professionals. Highly skilled students with a passion for these topics are also welcome to apply.
The workshop will consist of an in-depth simulation in which you will be placed in the role of a businessperson, lawyer, banker, or political official -- tasked with striking a deal for a complex Merger & Acquisition Agreement. Upon completion of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to submit feedback and help the NTF improve this advanced business negotiation program.
The workshop will take place September 10-11, 2021 on Zoom. On the evening of September 10 (5:00 - 6:30pm), participants will be briefed on the exercise and receive their required reading materials and character assignments. On September 11 (9am - 7pm), participants will engage in a complex multiparty negotiation exercise. To apply, please fill out the following form by August 27.
