As we move into a new year, many of us will be eager to replace 2020 with 2021, whatever the new year brings. The theme for this year’s retreat is “the art of replacing” or the imperative “replace it."

In 2020, what did you replace? What were you forced to replace? What did you choose to replace? What got replaced for you? What did it enable you to replace? And for 2021, what do you want to replace?

We’ll look at all the things that can be replaced, from the obvious (a niche, a client, a project) to the slightly less obvious. And we'll map out the steps for how exactly you replace anything (and everything). What process can you go through to ensure that the outcome is a better one?

This retreat is for big picture thinking and planning. We'll begin with goal-setting for 2021 (and beyond), then determine the steps needed to reach those goals, narrowing your focus and building out realistic weekly and monthly steps to meet your top goals. (There will also be more tactical "action intensives" offered in Jan, Feb and Mar to help with implementation).
