Kids Club/Mid Club Registration 2022/23-OCTOBER START
Welcome to Kids Club/Mid Club! This form must be completed by all families registering for Kids Club/Mid Club.  Due to staffing limitations, space is limited. This form is timestamped and will be utilized as a waitlist if needed.

The registration deadline was August 1st, 2022.  Families submitting registration after this date will be able to start in October, space permitting.  

Mid Club will run at their closest elementary school (the corresponding schools are listed below on the form.)

This is step 1 of 3, all steps must be completed to be fully registered for Kids Club.  Following this you must:

    -   Fill out all five registration forms and email them to Raptoua@gpschools.org (find all forms at
        https://mi01000971.schoolwires.net/Page/1072)
   -    Connect to your child's Brightwheel account and pay the registration fee and first month of usage.  ONLY
        AVAILABLE ONCE THE OFFICE HAS PROCESSED YOUR REGISTRATION.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

ALL OF THE ABOVE MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO BE REGISTERED FOR KIDS CLUB.
