Use this form to register your team for the tournament. Only have 2 people? No problem register and we will find you another pair. If you are also interested in sponsorship as well as golfing or sponsorship only as you are unable to make it leave your info in question two and myself or Levi will contact you. If you are not tech savvy and would prefer to call one of us to register your team that is fine as well.

Tournament is being held at Marian Hills Golf Course In Malta, Montana on Saturday August 8th,  start time and cost will be out soon.

Volunteer contact information- if you are not a golfer and would like to volunteer to help with things (putt game, raffle baskets, etc.) while people are golfing.
