Please have your child open up their What the Church Believes and Teaches book to page 17. Ask your child "what they see? How are the children dressed? Do they all have the same skin color? Do they all look alike?" Also explain to them that God makes many different kinds of people and one of them has different talents. God loves everyone! After talking to your child about the children in the picture read to them the top lines and have them color in the child at the top of the page to look like themselves. *
