MedSprint is a two-day Biomedical Engineering design-a-thon that focuses on patient-centered design. This event is a joint collaboration between the McMaster Medical Engineering Design Team (MED-T) and the University of Toronto Biomedical Engineering Design Team (UT BIOME).Through this event, students will create innovative and personalized solutions in teams by working alongside community partners who present their experiences with their medical concerns. Following submission, a judging process will take place, with a winning solution chosen for each community partner. There will be monetary prizes, workshops and more!!
This event will be held at the University of Toronto St. George campus, on Saturday March 18th from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday March 19th from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Bus transportation will be provided for McMaster students to and from the University of Toronto campus for each day. This form will be closing on Thursday, March 16th. Please sign up at your earliest convenience to secure your spot!
