Refining Student Success Teams
This workshop series will help Student Success Team members understand:

- The Success Team model;
- Its research base;
- Its connection to Guided Pathways, and
- How it is being used across the country.

Through a series of interactive sessions, Teams will have the opportunity to assess their current work, deepen it, and begin to build more comprehensive Team engagement. At the end of the workshop series, Teams will have laid the groundwork for a consistent approach  across RCC's Schools.

Session 1: What Are Student Success Teams?
This session will explore our mental models of what it means to be part of a Success Team, delve into the research behind the model, and reflect on how the research can be applied to Success Teams at RCC.

Session 2: Iterating Student Success Teams
This session will provide the opportunity for Teams to reflect on RCC's current Success Team model and how it might be improved to scale case management and student support.

Session 3: Making Student Success Teams Work
This session will provide team members with the opportunity to flesh out potential roles and responsibilities for team members, in order to establish a more comprehensive case management approach.

Session 4: Looking Towards the Future
This session will explore what it would take to standardize Success Team roles across Schools, identify areas for School-by-School customization, and build workflows and cadences. We will conclude by thinking about next steps for implementing a refined Success Team model.
