We want to make becoming a registered coach/official as easy as possible so please fil out the form below to allow the club to get you registered with the club on the SFALive portal and get the PVG process started.

If you haven't registered with the SFA and completed the Child Welfare eLearning course please stop and do that first.

The Club Secretary requires your Full name, DoB, Place of Birth and 2 referees in order to add you to the club's page.

Once added to the SFALive portal the Club Secretary will tell the Team Age Rep & the Club CPO so the PVG process can continue
