Profilul participantului: Lucrători de tineret, voluntari care lucrează cu tineri cu oportunități reduse, cu vârsta peste 18 ani, interesați de antreprenoriatul social.

Scopul proiectului: să dezvolte competențele lucrătorilor de tineret și a ONG-urilor în domeniul antreprenoriatului social, ca o opțiune alternativă pentru asigurarea egalității și ocupării forței de muncă în rândul tinerilor și asigurarea stabilității financiare a ONG-urilor.
