St. Barnabas 2023 Pumpkin Patch Vendor Application Form

Vendors:
Thank you for your support of the St. Barnabas Church Pumpkin Patch. Through your donations we improve our church's children and youth ministry programs, along with our Little Lambs Mother's Day Out program.

Details:
We are currently accepting applications for our fall Pumpkin Patch Arts & Craft Market. We will accept applications & fill booth spaces to vendors in the following order prior to October 1, 2023.

Please include photos and a web page or social media page with your application. This will help us to see the type of items that you sell so we can assign booth space accordingly. We will be limiting the number of “same type” items on a first come first served basis. Only 1 direct sales vendor per company allowed. (1 Mary Kay, 1 Scentsy, etc.).

The craft shows will be held on the following Saturday & Sundays in October: 14-15, 21-22, and 28-29 . The hours will be 9 AM - 4 PM Saturdays and Sundays. If you choose to pack up your booth early, it will be difficult to load items into your vehicle due to the amount of people on the grounds.

Please note that this is an OUTDOOR craft show. NO electricity is available. Please make arrangements for your booth in the event of rain. If we have to cancel due to weather we will use your entry fee as a donation to the Pumpkin Patch Youth Mission Fund.  We do not issue refunds for craft show booths. If you are unable to attend the show for any reason, we will notify the next person on our wait list.

This is a NON-smoking event. Please be courteous to the other vendors & families around you.

No pets allowed. Please do not bring any pets with you to the patch. Animals are a liability for our church.

Children of all ages are welcome at the patch. Should you bring your children with you, we ask that you have someone available to supervise them during their time at the patch.

Please remember that this show is coordinated by church volunteers. Please treat those giving their time to this event with respect.

Vendor Parking:
Only handicap vendors are allowed to park in the parking lot. Once you unload your vehicle, you will need to move your vehicle. We will notify each vendor where parking will be available. We want all parking spaces in the lot, and street parking to be available to the customers. Please understand that this is to HELP YOU attract customers. Handicap spaces are limited, please note in the comment section if you are in need of one of these spaces.

Set up:
Set up for your booths will be Saturday mornings from 7-9am and Sundays from 7-9am.

Merchandise:
We DO NOT offer security for your belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items that are left on the property once you leave your booth. It is rare that anything is damaged, but there is always a possibility.

Advertising:
We advertise via social media, word of mouth, yard signs, website, news appearances, and through church networks. Please notify your customers, family, and friends about the Pumpkin Patch. This makes a GREAT family outing. The Facebook page will be open to vendors to post & advertise your items. Please check the page frequently for all updates on weekend activities & schedules as this will be great information for the public.

Approval Process:
Once your application has been approved, you will be contacted via email with instructions on how to submit your deposit, which is due by September 15. All craft show vendor fees will be due in full by Friday, October 1. The fee schedule is as follows:

$50 non refundable deposit (or payment in full)
$125 for one weekend
$200 for 2 weekends
$325 for 3 weekends

Louisiana Department of Revenue:
LDR requires us to report all vendor information to the state for tax purposes. The information that you provide on this form will be submitted to the Louisiana Department of Revenue.
