This course challenges students to share their talents in drama, dance, music and singing in a class dedicated to performance. Students will work together to produce theatrical pieces. They will be trained in stage use, performative technique, direction, and production elements. In 2020 Mount Maunganui College will run a Year 9 Performing Arts option class of talented students in the areas of Drama, Dance, and Singing. Entrance is by way of an audition that will be held at the college in Term 4.
