HPFA Membership Form 2020-2021

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year at ET Hamilton. By joining the Hamilton Parent Faculty Association (HPFA) you are becoming part of a volunteer group that is making a difference in your child's school.

The purpose of the HPFA is to provide a forum for the exchange of information, and to promote cultural, social and educational events. HPFA raises money through various fundraisers to purchase special equipment for our teachers for use in the classroom, purchase planner books for all students, supply each child with a Field Day t-shirt, provide the children with special events throughout the year and more! In past years, the HPFA has also been able to donate large items to the school including a new sound system for the cafeteria and an outdoor classroom space.

Your membership entitles you to a direct voice in planning and voting on HPFA matters. Membership also allows you to serve as a class coordinator and/or volunteer on committees.  

Membership fees are $10 per family per year, payable via Venmo to ETHPFA ( (be sure to include membership & your child’s name and teacher)) or a check sent in to your child’s classroom teacher or dropped off in the main office in an envelope labeled “HPFA Membership.”  Please make all checks payable made out to “HPFA."  Child's name and membership should be noted on the check for tracking purposes.

Please submit this form by October 2. Only HPFA members are eligible to vote throughout the year and serve as a classroom coordinator.
