Through writing, art, collage, etc., we would love to learn more about your experiences surrounding mental health and/or mental illness. We invite people of all ages to contribute.

-Submissions can be fully anonymous
-Either enter text in the google form, or link to an image you have created and uploaded elsewhere. We will offer another chance to submit items in person if it becomes possible to do so.
-Submissions should ideally fit on an 8.5x11 paper, with a .5 inch margin on the side for possible physical binding
-Submissions cannot be lewd in content.
