Apply for a VIRTUAL Panel or Round Table (only one application per panel and/or roundtable)
Please make sure to only submit one application per panel and/or roundtable. This form is ONLY FOR VIRTUAL Panels or Round Tables. There are unique forms for In-Person Panels and Round Tables. There are also unique forms for individual papers (Please do not submit a paper to the individual paper section if you are submitting it as part of the Panel or Round Table).

Panels will be 1.5 hours. We strongly encourage the submission of full panels, which should include 3 or 4 papers and a chair/commenter. We will also consider roundtables, which should include 4-5 people who present, discuss, and interact with the audience on a single topic, theme, or issue. 

You do NOT need to include someone on this application to perform the chair and/or comment role (but you are welcome to include someone).

Please make all submissions by November 1, 2023. The program committee will make decisions and send notifications by January 15, 2024. 

Full Panels and Roundtables should include:

  • Title of panel

  • Panel abstract (200 words max.)

  • Title and abstract for each paper (200 words max.)

  • Biographical statement with contact information for each participant (50 words, plus name and email address)
