2024 Cedarburg 4th of July Parade Registration

Please fill out the form below to register for the Cedarburg 4th of July Parade, scheduled for Thursday July 4 at 10 a.m.

This completed entry form, narration, and fee must be received to be considered. For a paper form to complete and mail please contact the Chamber at cedarburgchamber@cedarburg.org. Contact information, including names and email addresses, will not be sold or shared.
