2020-2021 Marching Wildcats Calendar *
Attendance at all rehearsals and events for your Corps is mandatory.  Unexcused absences may lead to removal from Festival Corps or Marching Band. The calendar can be found on the Marching Band page of www.neuquamusic.org    The calendar reflects what we know as of today. We will all do our best to accommodate the unknown and inevitable changes that will be likely because of the pandemic.

Select "Deposit" below to signify an understanding that each student (spirit or festival corps) must pay a $140.00 non-refundable deposit.  This will be paid through Push Coin.  This fee will pay for drill designs, music, equipment, t-shirts and all of the other marching band expenses. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Payment will be DUE BY MAY 15 *
Select the words "Field Trip and Health Forms" below to signify an understanding that all students need to return the Field Trip and Health Forms.  Forms should be printed, completed, signed, scanned, then emailed to Mrs. Binder by May 15. These forms can be found on the Marching Band Page of www.neuquamusic.org *
Select "Marching Wildcats Participation Commitment Form" below to signify an understanding that each student must print, complete, sign, scan, then email the form to emily_binder@ipsd.org by May 15.  The form can be found on the Marching Band page at www.neuquamusic.org *
Select the words "Festival Corps Monticello Trip Fee" below to signify an understanding that Festival Corps participants will pay an additional Festival Corps Monticello Trip Fee of $185 in July. Payment will be done through Push Coin. (Please contact Mr. Lauff for alternative payment plans.) *
Select the words "District Participation Fee for Festival Corps" below to signify an understanding that Festival Corps participants will pay an additional $200 to IPSD in August.  Payment will be done through Push Coin (Please contact Mr. Lauff for alternative payment plans.) *
Marching Band relies on the participation of every student.  Once a student submits this form, we begin creating the show that hand places every student into shapes on our design field.  If even one student is missing, the entire band and its appearance is negatively impacted. Quitting after the sign-ups puts the band in a very difficult position. We ask that you carefully consider your commitment and plan on participating fully.  Select "we understand" to acknowledge your student's complete participation.  This also acknowledges that the deposit cannot be refunded. *
