This form is to submit workout scores for the final piece of each training phase. Fill in as many pieces as required by the workout. Scores will be emailed out in both raw format as well as age adjusted. Make sure that you enter the correct formats.
Times: minutes:seconds.tenths ie 09:10.9
Meters: 11200 no commas
Enter as many pieces as prescribed in the workout
Remember that cheating the rate on capped pieces is just cheating yourself.
