This form is for expressing interest in performing at Coffeehouse 1 this year. Completing it doesn't mean that you're locked in to perform - it's just to get an idea of how many performers we're likely to have, as well as the kinds of acts that people might be planning.

Coffeehouse 1 will be held on Sunday April 18th at The Brightside in the Valley. Performers will only have to pay a $5 donation fee as it is a fundraiser for Ashintosh. Look out for an email the week before to confirm what songs/act you will be performing and what equipment you will need. If you're not yet sure about some of the finer details on this form - don't stress! Just leave them blank for now.

We will also love you forever if you can provide amps/drums/any other equipment - so much so that we'll let you in for free!

***NOTE*** Depending on how great interest is, your act may be between 5-15 minutes, please be flexible as we would love to showcase as much talent as possible! To be fair, the first person to indicate that they'll be performing a specific song will be the one performing, so please let us know so there won't be any duplicates or disappointments.
