This application is for money. It is to meet the needs of Disabled people in Allegheny County who cannot meet a need in another reasonable way. The maximum amount of money you can get is 120.00. Please only apply for enough money to get what you need, and not more.

We give the money either with a check, or a Visa gift card. If those ways do not work for you please contact us and we can talk about a different way.

Everyone who applies will be contacted with information about other resources. It is ok if you do not want to use them! If you need help with using other resources, please contact us. We can help you!

Everyone who applies will get an answer about getting money, even if the answer is ‘no’. It may take a few weeks for you to get an answer. If your need is an emergency, please say that in the application so we can try to be faster with our answer to you.
