Students in Grade 12 at a KY public high school in a district associated with the East Region Association of Technology Coordinators, also known as KETS Region 8, KETS Region 7, & KETS Region 6.
The student must demonstrate, through video & application submission their work in the fields of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Math) with evidence of individual/personal accomplishments, leadership, innovations and creativity. The student should demonstrate strong evidence of communication skills, community outreach & school involvement, collaboration, creativity, & critical thinking. Accomplishments in STEAM related competitions and/or industry certifications. The student should also demonstrate a strong desire and plan to use their STEAM education to impact the Eastern KY Economy and their community for future generations.
