2024 Deferral Request
We are sorry to hear you will not be joining us this year. 

Important: If you purchased insurance and the reason you are not joining is covered, we strongly advise you to file a claim with the insurance company. If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund and it helps us as a non-profit (also you paid for it and it is your right). We can not answer any questions about insurance claims - but you can start a claim here -> https://claims.fanshield.insure/#/    

You will get an email inviting you to register again for the 2025 ride. You will pay the deferral fee next year when you sign up. This email most likely will be sent in mid December before it opens to the general public. You must register again.

Important: If you ordered additional gear and your deferral request has been made before May 25, you will receive a refund for the merchandise. After this date, the custom order will have been placed, and you will still receive your gear in the mail or will need to pick it up at packet pick up.

Please do NOT unsubscribe to our emails or we will not be able to reach out with a code.

If you are submitting a request for multiple people, please make sure to use a different email address for each person.

  • Prior to April 25, 2024 - $25 fee

  • April 25 to June 13, 2024 - $55 fee

  • June 14 to July 3, 2024 - $120 fee

No further action is required at this point. You will get an email at the end of this year inviting you to register again for the 2025 ride. 

You will get a confirmation email once you hit submit. If you don't get this email, we have not received your request.

You will also get an email from Race Roster once we have completed your deferral. We process these in batches, so please allow up to a week to receive this email
