Orcas Island School District Student Meal Ordering 6/22 - 6/26 (Including Friday Meal Box)
Attention Families, as the school year comes to an end so does the current Emergency Meal Program that we have been operating. Thursday, June 25th will be the last day that the busses will operate their bus routes delivering meals.

On Friday June 26th we will provide families with a box containing 7 days of breakfast and lunches. These meal boxes will only be available at the school pick up/drop off drive through from 11:30-1:00. This will be the final emergency meal pick up for the 2019/2020 school year.

Summer Program: Weekly Meal Boxes July 7-August 18
Beginning on Tuesday July 7th, we will begin our Summer Food Service Program. All children 18 and under will continue to be eligible for free meals provided by the school district, regardless of income or enrollment in Orcas island School District.

Every Tuesday, July 7th through August 18th, we will be providing meal boxes containing 7 days of breakfasts and lunch supplies for each child. Pick up will continue to be at the school pick up/drop off circle. Our new pick up time will be from 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM. Bus routes will not be in operation with meals.

If your family would like to sign up for the Summer Meal Program, please fill out the pre-order form. It can be accessed through,

https://forms.gle/MBJdXnG8FjDFkyMz9,

and on the school website. We will still provide meals to children who have not pre-ordered, but our ability to have enough meals for everyone is reliant on our families ability to let us know that they want a meal for their child.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Madden Surbaugh, OISD Food Service Director, at msurbaugh@orcas.k12.wa.us. Thank you, we look forward to seeing you this summer.
