Mama And Me Mindfulness classes are designed for mums to attend with their babies (age upto 9 months old, pre crawling).

Classes are offered in 5-week blocks.

Choice of either HARROGATE or RIPON venues.

HARROGATE 
Mondays - 1.15pm - 2.15pm

Summer term 1 2025 - April 28th, May 12th & 19th, June 2nd & 9th (a few Mondays missed re April and May bank hols and school hols etc)

Autumn term 1 2025 - September 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th & October 6th
