Phone App Research Survey- Sexual Health, Wellness, & Support App
Hello! Thank you for taking time to complete this opinion survey. It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.

The aim of this preliminary survey is to understand the needs of disability-identified individuals when it comes to sexual violence, and gather opinions and feedback about the content we intend to provide in this phone/tablet app. The survey below is divided into 3 sections: 1) sexual health education and support, 2) self-care and self-love, 3) app aesthetics and accessibility.

Please note that this survey is completely anonymous, and all questions are optional.

If you wish to follow-up with questions about the survey, the app under development, or accessibility issues, please reach out to Talia Ritondo (project lead) at tritondo@brocku.ca.

*Considering the exploratory nature of this survey and project stage, research ethics clearance has not yet been requested.
