Public Comment starts at 7:00 pm.  You must be in Zoom by 6:55 pm in order to be added to the meeting. Once you are added to the meeting, your name and video will be recorded and streamed.  You will be called upon by the Chair to share your comment. At the conclusion of your comment, you will be removed from the meeting and put back as a viewer.
