SJLA Uniform Order Form
Welcome to the online version of the SJLA Uniform Order Form! Unlike previous years this is not a webstore. You will still choose your items and submit your payment information, however, all information will come directly to Mr. Vollmar for processing. A couple things to remember as you order this year:

1) Names are not printed on uniform pieces. This is a response to limit delays in receiving your items! We do have a vendor whose business card will be included in your package upon pick-up where, if you so desire, you can put your cadet's name on your uniform items.

2) Since there are no names, EVERY item purchased from us is exchangeable. No more stress over sizes, if it does not fit, and it was not worn to school, bring it back to us and we will exchange for a size that fits.

3) Listed below are the uniform requirements for next year. Per the student handbook, the correct uniform should be worn each day. Consequences will be imposed if the cadet's uniform is incorrect (i.e. infractions included, but not limited to white laces, non-SJLA clothing items, etc) Linked here are the uniform guidelines to help you through the ordering process, they are also posted on our website!
