We are implementing a standardized site move system. Each site holder has the opportunity to select up to three sites, that if they were to come available, will enter them into that lottery. Your request then goes into a database, any changes to your desired sites can be made by simply filling out the form again through the link on the website, and notifying Kerrie to delete your old request.
These lotteries will take place during seasonal renewal time, as well as throughout the year when we receive cancellations. We are using an online lottery system that will ensure everyone has the same opportunity to receive their desired site.
In order to avoid a snowball effect main draws will only be done once. Any sites that come available after an initial draw will be made available to our future Seasonals.

HERE througout the season. Please keep checking back if you wish to move and keep your requests updated. All of our Seasonal guests will be given 72 hours notice via email before a site draw occurs to ensure they have enough time to update their requests.
We sincerely hope that this simplifies things for everyone, we had feedback from guests that our old system was complicated and not user friendly. This should ensure equal opportunity to all guests.
