~Middle Park Camp reserves the right to decline a booking request.

~All Bookings will only be confirmed once agreed by the bookings team.

~Middle Park Camp is part of a working farm, therefore any dogs on site MUST be kept under strict control and on a lead.

~There is a noise curfew on site of 10pm and all guests are asked to respect this. Guests in breach of this will be asked to leave.

~ For everyones safety there is a mandatory 5mph speed limit on site.

~ Small BBQ's and fire pits are acceptable but MUST be freestanding/off the ground and at least 1m away from any tents. We have a massive campfire area where charcoal/coals can be disposed of safely. Any large or dangerous bbq's or fires will be extinguished by site staff. Please be respectful of others onsite.

~ We have strict recycling rules in the county of Powys and thus clearly marked bins are provided to help us maintain that. Please make sure you separate your recycling.

~ We have a strict boundary to our site and as such walking and driving outside of this boundary is restricted. entry and exit from the site is solely by our access road. The surrounding land is a working farm where cows are free to roam and other farming activities may be taking place. Please be respectful of this at all times. Failure to adhere to this will result in the group being asked to leave.

~'Washup' facilities are for everyone. Please leave this area as you would want to find it. Place all appropriate items in the recycling and wash down the sink when you are finished.

~ Showers and toilets will be cleaned daily. Please can you make sure you don't leave any empty bottles etc in there and place them in the respective recycling containers.

~ All breakages and damages MUST be reported to the site team immediately. Deliberate misuse or abuse of equipment resulting in repair or replacement will be charged to the booker.

~TENT trustees or their onsite representatives can terminate a booking with immediate effect and without a refund if a breach of any of our site rules are made.
