2021 HPS PTCO Officer Nominations

We have two officer positions up for election this year. These positions need to be filled for our PTCO to continue operating.  If you are interested in one of the positions, please fill out the form or send an email to highplainsk8ptco@gmail.com.  There is a description of each open office.  If you are interesting in serving, but not one of those positions, please select "Other" as we may have some shifting of officer positions.

He or she shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and the members of the Corporation and shall prepare agendas for such meetings. He or she shall present, at each annual meeting of the Board of Directors, a report of the conditions of the affairs of the Corporation. He or she shall cause to be called regular and special meetings of the Board of Directors in accordance with these By-Laws. He or she shall sign and make all contracts and agreements in the name of the Corporation and pay authorized expenses as needed. He or she shall sign checks, notes, drafts, warrants or other orders for the payment of money duly drawn by the Treasurer, and any instruments which are required to be executed, except in cases where the signing and execution thereon shall be expressly delegated by the Directors to some other officer or agent of the Corporation, or shall be required by law to be otherwise signed or executed. He or she shall ensure the proper retention of all official records of the Corporation. He or she shall enforce these By-Laws and perform all of the duties incident to the position and office and which are required by law.

Vice President. In addition, the Vice President shall oversee Committees appointed pursuant to these By-Laws and assist the President.
